The idea of YariNoHanzo Samurai Iaito Swords was conceived from the desire to offer a handy, long-lasting and professional product that was also tasteful and well refined.
We have dedicated a long time to the study of the raw materials and the search for the right fittings, in order to improve the quality of our Samurai Iaito Swords and to obtain a final product of very high quality at a very competitive price.
Our production is semi-handmade and every single blade is hand forged and hand polished by expert craftsmen.
All the Koshirae are made of very high quality materials and every Samurai Iaito Sword is assembled carefully with the purpose to avoid any kind of degeneration even after a long time practice.
Our selection of Samurai Iaito Swords is characterized by different ranges, finishes, dimensions and styles but all the models are perfect for Martial Arts practice, since they are all full tang and fully functional.
BASIC KATANAS AND IAITOS
The Basic Katana and Iaito swords line is made above all for beginners or for those who just need a beautiful object to display.
Despite the low price, the durability and quality of these Samurai Swords can be easily proven by all Martial Arts practitioners.
The Koshirae is made of brass, iron and aluminium alloy (for Fuchi and Kashira) while the blades are usually made of 1045 high carbon steel.
Tsuka Ito is made of synthetic cotton wrapped on real ray skin, Tsuka core and Saya are made of hardwood.
PRACTICAL KATANAS AND IAITOS
In the Practical Katana and Iaito Swords you can find the all you need for the practice of Iaido, Kendo, Kenjutsu and similar styles.
Saya are made of long-lasting hardwood and the lacquer is given with a lot of care. Tsuka Ito is wrapped strongly on real ray skin and it doesn't move while handling the sword.
The blades of this samurai swords are well balanced and the Hamon is wire brushed. All the Tsuba, Fuchi and Kashira are made of iron and are well decorated keeping the surface smooth, this way your hands won't hurt during practice.
Blades enter easily in the Saya and the Habaki fits perfectly the Koiguchi. A Katana sword that will accompany you in the practice for a very long time.

We have created the new Performance Katana and Iaito swords line, in which you will find various Katana and Iaito swords designed exclusively for martial arts practice, thanks to the experience gathered over the years,.
The Hamon is quite visible thanks to a new etching method. We restyled all the Koshirare in order to guarantee the maximim performance and give a the touch of novelty typical of the brand YariNohanzo.
The Tsuka follows the blade curve smoothly, giving a better handling feeling to these swords and bestowing a shape that reminds the real Nihonto.

This category proposes well-refined Koshirae made of high quality materials like real buffalo horn for the Saya (Koiguchi, Kurigata, Kojiri), real silk for theTsuka Ito and authentic Japanese Sageos
These swords are all inspired by museum pieces and the blades are made of 1095 high carbon steel, clay tempered with authentic Hamon. Habaki and Shitodome are also well-refined and often silver color lacquered
